BSC to Gnosis Bridge: Working Routes — August 2026

Since the BSC–Gnosis Omni Bridge was discontinued, someone holding tokens on BSC can't use that old direct route. A BSC to Gnosis bridge transfer can still work through a currently available third-party aggregator when it shows a quote, or through Ethereum as an intermediate chain. The best option is based on token support, liquidity, and the destination token’s contract—not on repeatedly retrying OmniBridge.

What works for a BSC to Gnosis bridge now?

It is not the old Omni Bridge: Gnosis’ bridge FAQ states the BSC–Gnosis bridge is deprecated and points out that bridged tokens may use a different contract address on the destination chain.

1. Use a third-party aggregator directly

Select BSC as the source chain and Gnosis Chain as the destination, then choose the exact asset. Jumper is the first route to check because Gnosis directs users to third-party bridges for transfers from other chains.

Only proceed when the quote plainly lists the source token, destination token, recipient, estimated output, and fees. If no route appears, that normally means the asset has no current liquidity or support. Leave enough BNB for the source transaction and try with a small amount when the token is unfamiliar.

2. Use Ethereum as the middle chain

If no direct BSC-to-Gnosis quote exists, first trade or bridge the asset into a token accepted on Ethereum. Move it from BSC to Ethereum using a route that shows a live quote, then use gnosis bridge for the Ethereum-to-Gnosis leg when its interface confirms the asset.

This requires another transaction and fee, but it bypasses the deprecated BSC leg. It is practical when the asset is supported on Ethereum and the direct route is unavailable because of liquidity rather than because the token itself is unsupported.

The contract-address detail that changes the outcome

Bridged assets can come through with a different contract address from the version held on BSC or Ethereum. I check the target contract and symbol with the DeFi application before accepting or depositing; a familiar ticker alone is not enough.

If neither route produces a quote, end there. Do not type an unchecked token address into a bridge or send funds to a contract pulled from a search result. The route is off the table for that coin at that moment, even though BSC-to-Gnosis transfers can still work for other assets.
